NeuropilotVR is developed by a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of neuropsychological research, structured mental imagery design, and immersive VR systems engineering.The team combines clinical insight, neuroscience-informed design, and immersive technology development to create structured VR protocols supporting clarity, composure, and cognitive regulation in demanding environments.
Co-Founder, Managing Director
Maia Tskitishvili
With more than 25 years of clinical and academic experience, she leads the scientific direction and strategic development of NeuropilotVR.
Maia oversees research validation, platform evolution, and international partnerships supporting the development of immersive cognitive regulation systems.
Prior to establishing NeuropilotVR UG in Berlin, she founded Neuropilot LLC in Georgia, where early qEEG-based observations and more than 2,200 immersive sessions contributed to the development of NeuropilotVR protocols.She is also the author of Create a Better Reality: The Desire Therapy and has taught communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence for over two decades.

Tiko Mamuchashvili
Tiko Mamuchashvili brings more than a decade of experience in global innovation ecosystems, startup development, and international community building.
She previously served as Community Director for Startup Grind Greater China and Pre-Accelerator Manager at Ilia State University, supporting early-stage founders and international entrepreneurship programs.At NeuropilotVR, Tiko leads ecosystem engagement and strategic partnerships, strengthening collaboration with innovation networks, research communities, and early adopters.
She is also a Women Techmakers Ambassador supported by Google.

Anny Mamuchashvili
Anny Mamuchashvili is a medical doctor with expertise in anatomy, clinical integration, and digital health implementation.
With experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and several years as an anatomy lecturer at Georgian National University, she contributes clinical insight to the development and safe integration of immersive VR protocols.
Anny has represented NeuropilotVR internationally, including presenting the concept of VR-based regulation technologies at the Falling Walls Global Summit in Berlin.
Nikoloz Gogochuri
Co-Founder & Immersive Experience Advisor
Nikoloz Gogochuri is a creative technology specialist with more than 20 years of experience in immersive media, visual storytelling, and experiential design.As CEO of VRex Immersive Inc., he has led multiple mixed-reality and interactive media projects and contributed to the development of immersive technology ecosystems.At NeuropilotVR, Nikoloz advises on immersive experience architecture, supporting the design of the platform’s visual environments and user interaction concepts.
Nikoloz Rostomashvili
Co-Founder & Technical Strategy Advisor
Nikoloz Rostomashvili is a technology entrepreneur and strategist with more than 15 years of experience building digital ecosystems and innovation initiatives.He founded Georgia’s first university-based IT incubator and co-founded IGDA Georgia, supporting the growth of the country’s game development and digital innovation community.At NeuropilotVR, Nikoloz contributes to long-term technical strategy, supporting platform architecture planning and technology partnerships.
