Description: This disorder includes symptoms related to mood dysregulation and difficulty adjusting to life changes or stressors. It captures elements of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with anxious distress and Adjustment Disorder with Anxiety or Mixed Anxiety and Depressed Mood.

    • Mood Dysregulation: Persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and lack of interest in activities.

    • Anxiety with Depression: Combined symptoms of anxiety (e.g., excessive worry, panic) and depressive symptoms (e.g., low energy, difficulty concentrating).

    • Difficulty Adjusting to Change: Challenges in adapting to new life situations, such as career changes or personal transitions.

    • Lack of Motivation and Clarity: Struggles with maintaining focus and direction, feelings of being stuck or lost.

    • Fear of Failure and Low Self-Confidence: Doubts about abilities, fear of making the wrong decisions
