Maia Tskitishvili - Founder & Clinical Vision Lead (The Desire Therapy)

Maia is a psychologist-psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience and the creator of The Desire Therapy (TDT) - a neuro-emotional, brain-focused guided mental imagery method she began developing in 2018 to support relief from anxiety and depressive emotional states. Her work draws from neuropsychology and cognitive psychology, where she explored long-term effects of mental imagery on brainwave patterns using qEEG observations. She is also the author of Create a Better Reality: Neuro-Emotional Passion of the Quantum Mind, sharing the foundations of TDT.

Tiko Mamuchashvili - Innovation & Growth Strategist (Co-Founder if applicable)

Tiko brings extensive experience in startup leadership and innovation ecosystems. Formerly with Ilia State University and Startup Grind Greater China, she has led accelerator programs and strategic partnerships. She shapes innovation alignment, global positioning, and growth strategy for NeuropilotVR.

Ani Mamuchashvili - Clinical Integration & Research Lead (Co-Founder if applicable)

Anny is a medical doctor with growing expertise in digital health implementation. She ensures smooth clinical adaptation and user integration of VR emotional wellness sessions. Winner of Falling Walls Lab Georgia, she presented Breaking the Wall of Anxiety with 5-Minute VR Brain Recalibration and represents NeuropilotVR at the Global Summit in Berlin.

Nikoloz Gogochuri - Co-Founder & Immersive Experience Lead

Nikoloz is the CEO of VRex Immersive Inc. With over 20 years in creative technology, he co-founded CG Georgia, the region’s first computer graphics festival. At NeuropilotVR, he leads visual direction, immersive content design, and user experience architecture.

Nikoloz Rostomashvili - Co-Founder & Strategic Development Lead

Nikoloz is a serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in building Georgia’s technology ecosystem. He founded the country's first university-based IT incubator and co-founded IGDA Georgia. At NeuropilotVR, he drives platform strategy, scale partnerships, and ecosystem growth.
